We serve traditional Mongolian cuisine with a healthy twist

 

Included in your stay are 3 meals per day plus tasty homemade Mongolian snacks.  At our camp, we have chickens, so we get fresh eggs every day. Our yaks give us fresh milk every morning.

We make Mongolian snacks from yak milk, such as...

  • Yogurt

  • Urum (cream)

  • Aaruul (dried yogurt)

  • Bayaslag (cheese)

  • Boortsog (bite-size Mongolian bread)

 

We milk our mares between July and August to make airag (fermented mares milk). Come and have a taste!
